How long does it take? As every canvas is made to order we usually say 14-21 days for delivery. However if you needed it sooner please ask and I'll see what juggling we can do. Please check carefully that on personalised orders all names, dates and required colours are correct.
How are things delivered? At the moment everything is delivered by Royal mail, Recorded delivery. The canvas comes carefully wrapped in its own packing box so it should arrive in perfect condition.
If I see something I like can we have it in a different colour? The beauty of everything being individually made is you can have any colour you like as long as we can find fabrics in that scheme. We can mix 2 designs together i.e; putting a car behind a name. Any model of car can be done and be personalised with a special number plate and colour. Commissions are gladly taken so please ask.
Are my Personal Details kept on file? No. Your information is only collected when you order from the site. If you order from us, your card and address details will be taken. These details are passed on to the payment provider who will not use your details for any other reason. All information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
