Hello and welcome to CalicoCow the online shop of A.Jay.P.Designs where all my textile canvases are individually crafted creating a unique piece of art.

When I am designing a new canvas I like to use wool felt for the applique, sometimes by making it myself to blend different tones together as I have on the patchwork cat. Along with other natural materials such as linen and denim, which can be bleached. Then embellish them with buttons, beads and hand embroidery stitches. At the moment I'm really into retro cars.

I am happy to personalise most of the canvases with a name or make it in a specific colour. If you cannot find what you're looking for please contact me and I'll see what I can do. That's the beauty of everything being hand-made you can commission something for yourself.
